Single Beer:7.2% ABV – Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Thin white head settles back to a partial cap and ring. Leaves behind a partial ring of lacing. Aroma of lime, guava, pineapple, and grapefruit. Taste is quite tart but also fruity sweet. Flavors of key lime, guava, and pineapple. Fruit and lactic acid in the aftertaste. Medium mouth feel. Dry finish, and okay enamel scraper. Good carbonation. A sour type beer that displays the fruit well.
