Single Beer:7% ABV – Pours cloudy yellow with two inches of rocky froth. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. Unripe peach, mango, pear in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Pineapple skin, grapefruit pith, and peach on the palate with minimal malt. Finishes with lemon-lime and a firm bitterness.
