Single Beer:5.6% ABV – Pours a hazy pale gold color with a 2 finger sudsy white head. Excellent retention. Leaves a fair bit of splotchy lacing. Aromas of peach, grapefruit, white grapes, and fresh mango juice. Has a very strong doughy pale malt backbone. Nice pepper spice character. Very earthy and grassy. The flavor is very earthy. Lots of grassy notes and cracked pepper. There’s some pineapple, white grapes and peach. The pale malt is exceptional with strong bread and wheat notes. Finishes with some piney hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation. Pillowy soft and creamy. Tree House-esque. Dry finish.
